Returns & Refunds
You can return an item up to 15 days after purchase. If more than 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
All merchandise must be returned unworn, unwashed and with hang tags intact. We have the right to deny a return or credit if the merchandise does not meet our return policy requirements.
Sale merchandise is Final Sale. No exchanges or returns on Final Sale items will be accepted.
Premium Release items are Final Sale. No exchanges or returns on Final Sale items will be accepted.
Accessories, Apothecary, Bags, Belts, Headwear, Socks, and Wallets are Final Sale. No exchanges or returns on Final Sale items will be accepted.
All shipping costs are incurred at the expense of the customer.
We do not refund original or return shipping costs.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and a valid ID matching the name on the original order.
Exchanges/Refunds are processed within 7 days after we receive the merchandise. You will receive a confirmation by email when your exchange/credit has been processed.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
We are unable to refund any import tax/duty that your order may have incurred for returned items. Please be advised that any exchanges may require additional tax/duty for import to delivery destinations outside the US.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company or bank. It can take up to 5 business days before your refund is officially posted.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at Info@StudiosUpscale.com
